A poster for David Fincher's The Social Network is making its rounds. The film is about Harvard students who founded the world wide phenomenon known as Facebook. If you've never heard of Facebook, you probably also don't know what the internet is, and this film will not be for you. Jesse Eisenberg (Zombieland) stars as Mark Zuckerberg, the website's creator. Other notables: Justin Timberlake (musican/actor double threat), Andrew Garfield (the upcoming Never Let Me Go), Rooney Mara (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Max Minghella (Agora), and Joseph Mazzello (Jurassic Park). The Social Network was written by the ever reliable Aaron Sorkin. A teaser trailer is expected June 25, and the film will be released October 1, 2010.
